You know it's entirely possible that Derryn Peterson isn't working out for the Jazz because he got "the word" from them right? So much subterfuge and tomfoolery before the draft. Always and forever.

Shamefully late to Deadwood don't yell at me! We're almost done with S2. All timer right there. So much more than I expected. The direct parallels to Shakespeare are so damned good. Ian McShane (Fallstaff) WTF seriously. Right up there with the greats.

The 1 season every 2-3 years thing is a scam. Pluribus is excellent: slow, contemplative, cerebral. Zero chance you remember the plot years later, so you rewatch the previous season. Same thing with Severance etc. Such a bummer.
Vince Gilligan says writing on ‘PLURIBUS’ Season 2 is past the halfway point. “My writers and I have figured out the episodes… I’m looking forward to shooting this, and people seeing it, because I’m kind of digging it.” (Source: Deadline)

Can’t wait to see if the Peterson Camp plays this one right after royally screwing it up at Kansas.
Developments ahead of the June 23-24 NBA draft: BYU's AJ Dybantsa has conducted formal visits with both the Washington Wizards (No. 1) and Utah Jazz (No. 2) while Kansas' Darryn Peterson only visited the Wizards and does not plan to grant anyone else a meeting, sources tell me and @JeremyWoo. Both have believed in going No. 1 -- and now teams in the lottery are taking note of Peterson's decision to only give access to Washington.

What a run by the Knickerbockers. Wow. I remember Brunson smoking the Jazz all those times, foolishly thinking he was a "Jazz killer". Naw. He's just a killer. All time performance.

Turn your body around, spread eagle against the wall, obscuring your face. Continue the farting, in a laugh-farting cadence. They will speak of your courage around campfires for generations.
You’re all by yourself on an elevator and you rip a stinky fart. Seconds later the bell dings, door opens and people load into the elevator What’s your next move?

Saw Disclosure Day with the gal last night. Deeply silly, self serious, cheesy af*, beautifully shot. Score sounds like an AI imitation of John Williams. Plot holes all over. Emily Blunt was really good as usual. We had fun but Speilberg should probably lay it down and relax in his sunset years. 2.5 ⭐. *Not sure why a high budget movies still can't render animals better than your 13 year old with AI and a phone can.

Been deep diving on AI across the big boys: Claude, Copilot Gemini (NanoB), ChatGPT. Task is an early design deck for a bar project. Carefully prepared prompts with architectural drawings references m etc. My conclusion: 95% of all AI data useage is them not listening or doing anything that you tell them to do and you correcting them.

Conversely, here’s the argument (which I subscribe to) for why Cameron Boozer isn’t just a top 3 pick, but should be considered at 1 or 2 as well. 📺 youtu.be/gVvTMLfXByM?is=aXCB… 📝 cbssports.com/nba/news/2026-…

Yeah
Replying to @ArtTakesNote
I started out this process on lottery night thinking Boozer was a poor fit with Utah but find myself thinking now that he’s a sensational fit. The amount of lineup flexibility the Jazz would have is pretty insane.
