Good afternoon Jim, I thought you might be interested to see Valero‘s posting starting today of the new low carbon fuel standard fees. NMED said there would be no price increase for this new fuel standard effective the first day it’s $.21a gallon increase.
This is the Bill that Democrats said would not raise fuel prices. We argued it would. Here’s the proof

LOL! Always good to see New Mexicans stand up to MLG and the left's overreach. They are all too willing to get rid of 1,000 jobs with no replacement strategy.
Progressive Democrats passed a law to ban ICE detention facilities.
Otero County just renewed its contract anyway.
Because this isn’t some abstract policy out there. This is hundreds of jobs. This is real paychecks. This is a local economy that depends on it.
Democrats knew that. They just didn’t care.
It’s easy to pass a bill when you’re not the one dealing with the consequences.
When the legislature fails to lead, local communities are forced to step up and fill the void.
