This is outrageous - heartbreaking , this is denying Canadians to witness their history. My great great grandfather Captain James Munson was the first lighthouse keeper in 1839. Premier Holt do the right thing-Restore the funding. Cape Enrage is in my soul cbc.ca/news/canada/new-bruns…

We still have so much to do. And so does the government of Canada in implementing the National Autism Strategy. Let’s get on with it.
On World Autism Acceptance Day, let’s encourage acceptance, support and inclusion of autistic people. This day is recognized in Canada since 2012, thanks to former @SenatorMunson’s bill. #SenCA #WAAD #Neurodiversity

I thought that this being Kindness Week in Canada , what an opportunity to share 30 minutes of Kindness. Take the time to watch . It’s worth it. You would make the author ,Charlie Mackesy very happy. The movie was adapted from his very special book. share.google/KkUAK9YPBwQO3zg…

Nice to see MP’s speak out about National Kindness Week in Canada which begins Feb 15. I was inspired by the late Rabbi Reuven Bulka when I first introduced the Kindness week bill and it became law 5 years ago . In these troubled times acts of Kindness are needed more than ever.

This speech is a classic. Challenging as the times may be , the Prime Minister has crafted a middle power blue print for the future . Canada true north strong and free.

The sham trial of Hong Kong’s courageous Jimmy Lai has been worthy of Stalin & Mao Zedong - whose orchestrated show trials were spectacles used to eliminate enemies, to spread terror, and to inculcate fear. This sick theatre has nothing to do with justice. All of us who know Jimmy Lai admire his integrity and honesty. His crime is to believe in democracy and freedom. When CCP dictatorship ends, Jimmy Lai’s heroic defence of freedom will long be remembered and celebrated. Totalitarian kangaroo courts and show trials will be consigned to the dustbin of history. The great people of Hong Kong and China will then have a political and judicial system which upholds justice and human rights rather than systematically oppressing them. @caoilfhionnanna @HelenaKennedyKC @SupportJimmyLai

Sad to hear the passing of one of my hockey hero’s. Bobby Rousseau has passed away at the age of 85. He was so kind to me in the long ago when I was a young radio announcer in Bathurst. NB. The Hab’s star spoke at a minor hockey banquet. A kind man with a big heart - Number 15

Writer and photographer Stephen Thorne remembered as dogged, keen-eyed storyteller thecanadianpressnews.ca/busi… via @CdnPressNews. What an important recollection about a man who touched our lives with his writing skills and his humanity . A journalist for whom I had so much respect.
