Shell took a Final Investment Decision (FID) to progress REFHYNE II, a 100-megawatt #renewablehydrogen electrolyser at Shell Energy & Chemicals Park Rheinland in 🇩🇪.
This was enabled by the EU’s legislative framework, developed over the past 5 years, and Germany's additional measures, like grid fee exemptions for electrolysers & multipliers for 🟢#hydrogen production.
