They say your phone knows more about you than your mom. So why can't Siri tell me things like how much I spent on food delivery this month? DM me if you want to try a phone that can.

We gave our OS the ability to read documents and the results are awesome. Your phone should know what’s going on in your life and be able to help you manage the chaos. By giving our SOTA personal agent the ability to read documents like PDFs it can uncover context that’s usually lost in the noise

I have an android phone with a secret OS on it that turns it into the Tricorder in Star Trek. Apple and Google will resist this because one app then rules them all. The guy @Shmall who did it would get me to buy one. It is a way better expression of the “anything app” idea that I have seen. @nothing could push it. I bet an “AI Phone” will find a lot of buyers. But when I see this below I realize that things will eventually get really crazy.

Nick is a legend and has been already sharing tons of great feedback! If you're willing to spam me with feedback, we'll get you a phone
Never thought I’d try using an Andoird, but, @Shmall of @WaferSystems has been working on a new vision of what a phone can be. Proud to be an early supporter of the company and a beta tester!

People take my videos without giving me credit. So I keep giving them more. Here is @Shmall who is showing me a new AI-run mobile phone. I think his system is way more interesting than what @sama showed me in a Mexican restaurant years ago here. At the @fdotinc startup festival. Which starts in two hours. I will have a lot more to say about what Sam is building soon.

upside of putting an agent at the os level: it can see everything downside: everything means hundreds of databases with various structures @thepapabosh used LLMs as evolutionary operators to discover the underlying semantics within the structures: wafer.systems/blog/edm

You can look at apps' private data on android, if you have root. So I've been poking around in there and some apps do some actually insane stuff. ANDROID DATABASE HALL OF SHAME (thread 🧵 )

We’re working on creating the best agentic browsing experience on iOS. Buoy can operate a browser just like you do, so it can do more than just find information. It can sign into websites, make purchases, book reservations, do research, and more! Try it out today at buoy.fun

bro forgot to add that snapchat also stores the text from unopened snaps in their local sqlite db, so you're able to search for it without anyone seeing you've read it
Replying to @ChadNauseam
Snapchat stores all the prompts for their cheating-on-homework agent right in databases/main.db. Their tagline is literally "Homework has never been easier when you have me!"

I’m super stoked to announce I’m joining the Wafer team. For my entire career I’ve worked in the infrastructure space. After seeing how magical this product is I became convinced that there is no better time to transition to building for consumers. We need to spend more time trying to improve people’s lives with AI and it’s clear to me that Wafer is leading this charge

google added picture-in-picture to android so you could watch videos while texting, but it turns out it can run entire apps if you modify AOSP to make it a trusted virtual display. then I wired it up so my agent can text people while I watch tiktok
