Our work on liquid crystals as biosensors is now online in @ACS_AMI! Look at these beauties rapidly switch their colour in response to amphiphiles. We show lipid and fatty acid sensing both in vitro and in live zebrafish! pubs.acs.org/doi/10.1021/acs… Great work by @lwhonaker @PCC_WUR
