Our work on liquid crystals as biosensors is now online in @ACS_AMI! Look at these beauties rapidly switch their colour in response to amphiphiles. We show lipid and fatty acid sensing both in vitro and in live zebrafish!

Check out our work on building biosensors using pretty liquid crystal droplets! We detect amphiphile-specific color response and even tested it in vivo! Fantastic work by @lwhonaker and special thanks to @sylvia_brugman for feeding zebrafish our sensors!
