"Just do good work and continue to post about it"
Advice too real.
A young friend that year was very reserved. But he wrote quite consistently on his blog, regarding a few tech insights.
I encouraged him to continue this way when he was placed at Flutterwave as a corps members until one day, GB himself told him, "i saw what you wrote...", pulled him into a high level meeting, and plugged him into a significant project in-house. The rest is history.
You think people don't notice what you do? Enter shege first, then you'll know there are always eyes watching.
Tbh for most of the checks I have written, I reached out to the founders myself and extended them an offer. Just do good work and continue to post about it. More people notice it than you think.
