Getting so sick of these FSD navigation problems. I could have swerved back but it wouldn't be safe to do. Not even 500 miles and I've fixed so many nav mistakes. FSD is SO good at driving but makes so many routing mistakes it ruins the magic.

The first 100% autonomous coast-to-coast drive on Tesla FSD V14.2! 2 days 20 hours, 2732 miles, zero interventions. This one is special because the coast-to-coast drive was a major goal for the autopilot team from the start. A lot of hours were spent in marathon clip review sessions late into the night looking over interventions as we attempted legs of the drive over time - triaging, categorizing, planning out all the projects to close the gap and bring the number of interventions to zero. Amazing to see the system actually get there and huge congrats to the team!

NIO management told media in December 2024 that they were targeting monthly Onvo deliveries to reach 10,000 units in December and 20,000 units by March 2025. NIO later reported for March only 4,820 Onvo vehicle sales (see attached) implying a 76% miss compared to the targeted 20,000 units communicated on December 22. NIO claimed in 2024 to have received over 100,000 pre-orders for the L60, just like NIO is claiming currently about NIO's soon launching ES8. End of 2024 and earlier this year, management stated as full year 2025 volume guidance a 'doubling' of vehicle sales implying 444,000 vehicle deliveries for 2025. After the first 8 months the company delivered only 166,472 vehicles. Since it is unlikley NIO can deliver over 250,000 vehicle in the remaining 4 months NIO will yet again significantly miss its guidance. In fact (see attached analysis), NIO also missed full year guidance for the prior two years (2023 and 2024). Everything I reported is factual and easily verifiable. The bottom line: this is a company demonstrating a consistent pattern of significant overpromising leaving investors with hardly any gains 7 years after NIO's $6.26 IPO. Since I started reporting unpleasant facts about NIO my X account was significantly deboosted. He needs to resign

SpaceX plans to launch about five uncrewed Starships to Mars in two years. If those all land safely, then crewed missions are possible in four years. If we encounter challenges, then the crewed missions will be postponed another two years. It is only possible to travel from Earth to Mars every two years, when the planets are aligned. This increases the difficulty of the task, but also serves to immunize Mars from many catastrophic events on Earth. No matter what happens with landing success, SpaceX will increase the number of spaceships traveling to Mars exponentially with every transit opportunity. We want to enable anyone who wants to be a space traveler to go to Mars! That means you or your family or friends – anyone who dreams of great adventure. Eventually, there will be thousands of Starships going to Mars and it will a glorious sight to see! Can you imagine? Wow. The fundamental existential question is whether humanity becomes sustainably multiplanetary before something happens on Earth to prevent that, for example nuclear war, a supervirus or population collapse that weakens civilization to the point where it loses the ability to send supply ships to Mars. One of my biggest concerns right now is that the Starship program is being smothered by a mountain of government bureaucracy that grows every year. This stifling red tape is affecting all large projects in America, which is why, for example, California has spent ~$7 billion dollars and several years on high-speed rail, but only has a 1600 ft section of concrete to show for it! While I have many concerns about a potential Kamala regime, my absolute showstopper is that the bureaucracy currently choking America to death is guaranteed to grow under a Democratic Party administration. This would destroy the Mars program and doom humanity. It cannot happen. Your help would be much appreciated. This is a fork, maybe the fork, in the road of human destiny.
