This is what it means to be human. To be a Christian and to be a Pastor.
Hello everyone , It’s been a very interesting 24hrs . Yesterday, I made a statement about Peter Obi that generated a very strong reaction here . My intention wasn’t to make him look unattractive or deride him in any way . It was borne out of frustration as to how eerily familiar this process felt like the 2023 episode. To be honest , I love Peter Obi and the image he represents. He comes across as really empathetic and compassionate. Even after 2023 he remained consistent in lending a helping hand where he could outside of election cycles . This is not something we are used to seeing a politician do . He remains the politician who has no criminal case of corruption attached to his name . This is commendable and must never be taken lightly. I apologize to everyone who might have been hurt by my comments yesterday despite what my intentions were . We all want a Nigeria that works ! I really do hope that the New Nigeria will be one we all get to see and be proud of in our lifetime. As Nigerians , we must never forget that though we might disagree on issues , we are all in this boat together and together we must do all we can to achieve the Nigeria of our dreams . God bless you! - Written by my own hand .

I find this perspective sad, especially from someone I respect. “Terrible politician” compared to who exactly? The ones who perfected the art of looting? The ones who know how to share money at ward level because they’ve been stealing it at federal level? What are your yardsticks for measuring a great politician? Someone willing to steal, terrorize, run a quasi-dictatorship? Someone who diverts public funds and puts personal interest above 200M lives? I saw you cited Mao, a man who killed 45 million of his own people in 4 years, as the template? Sir. You’re telling an Igbo man to build a mass ideological movement in Nigeria. The same country that labeled Obidients as ethnic insurrection? The same country that can flip any organized Igbo political structure into a security threat overnight? Awo built his structure in the West, among his own people, with relative ethnic safety. You think Peter Obi, a Igbo Christian from the East has that kind of luxury? If competence, frugality and integrity make you a terrible politician in Nigeria, then I don’t think that is Peter Obi’s indictment. I think it’s more of ours.

Peter Obi has decided to do his politics without having to owe people political favours. Folks: “Peter Obi is a good man, but he’s a terrible politician Just because he doesn’t play the dirty game like his contemporaries. Again, Nigerians are only used to evil and corruption.

You're selling something, I just pray people discern it and don't buy it because all these tweets is another subtle "4 people tweeting in a room." You leave matter of competence and the need for credible leadership, and be selling "excuses that will be used to rig the election." He's not a good politician. He's changing party. He's xxx. Just to sell despair and hopelessness for reasons best known to you. You're attacking the most credible candidate on the ballot over non-essentials. The mainstream conversation of the opposition. You'll soon tell us he's another Buhari. We'll be watching na
Correct . If he were in another system , with the right structures he should win . Just like Obama did in 2008 . In Nigeria you will either need to know how to play the political game or have died hard group of supporters in your inner cycle who know how to play that game . Sadly, good men don’t win in this country . Good men who understand how to play in the political terrain win .

I just came back from a trade fair somewhere on the mainland today. So many grown ass men begging vendors for money while watching the same vendors struggling to carry their loads. We’re a finished society.

My boss @SimplyAzodo you don’t know how this feels to be very honest! Imagine working on a product for 22 years and anytime you try to lunch it fails or something breaks. Then you finally are able to crack it and lunch! That’s how we feel!! 🏆
