Today, the Security Alliance (SEAL,
@_SEAL_Org) just launched a new initiative called Safe Harbor with a month-long request for comment period.
In short, Safe Harbor is a legal/technical framework that protocols can implement to let whitehats know itβs okay to intervene during an active blackhat exploit to save funds and return them to an Asset Recovery Address in exchange for a possible bounty.
Immunefi has been proud to be a Safe Harbor collaborator.
That's why we've developed something called Safe Harbor Modules.
Projects interested in implementing Safe Harbor in a safe, easy, and responsible way, will be able to do so via Immunefi in just a few easy clicks and integrate it with their existing bug bounty program.
Safe Harbor Modules aren't live yet because Safe Harbor itself is in RFC, but when it's finalized, Immunefi will be the best way for your project to responsibly implement Safe Harbor.
