Many people claim that the Internet Archive is an organization operating without any profits. The truth is that 70% of people are ignorant of what the archive actually means, they just want to ride the wave of fame and draw attention to their personal accounts. This is the disease of our era.
The Internet Archive was founded in 1996, the same year that Alexa, a web crawling service, was established. Alexa was a for-profit organization purchased by Amazon for $250 million to provide data and information through the archive. Thus, the Internet Archive serves merely as a faรงade to cover activities that are partly illegal, which we will explain later. However, before that, the budget of the Internet Archive exceeds $37 million. How can this be if this is an organization whose goal is not profit?
The Internet Archive is indeed a nonprofit organization, and it has no affiliation with the U.S. government, which is a common assertion in the comments. However, the archive has three branches in San Francisco, and after Donald Trump's victory in 2016, it expanded into Canada for political purposes or to spy on people. What you see is just a faรงade of the archive, but in reality, the case is much bigger.
This archive is covertly linked to the U.S. Congress, as the founder of the archive, if you look him up on Wikipedia, you will find that he is a member of the advisory council for national digital information infrastructure programs affiliated with the Library of Congress.
So, the picture is clear now, and we know who is responsible for the data breaches :)
