With affirmative action banned, Southern flagships are seeing a large increase in black students. 50% increase in black freshman enrollment at Mississippi, 30% at Louisiana State.
A lot of the brighter black students who could've got into a top university before will now be staying home, potentially changing the politics of the South.
It's going to be hilariously ironic if conservatives ending affirmative action makes blacks much more politically influential in the Deep South by giving them a leadership class.
