Nearly 80 cats were rescued from a Central Pennsylvania home at the center of an animal cruelty investigation. Police helped remove 78 cats and kittens from the home in Lancaster Township. Officials say the home was filled with feces, urine and trash stacked to the ceiling. The animals are now in the custody of the PSPCA here in Philadelphia.

Ok, some good news - for those who’ve been following the story of Bubs (the cat who suddenly showed up emaciated and dragging a broken leg), we’re happy to report that he’s recovering nicely! 1/4

… Thank you to everyone who donated to our Street Kitty Fund for his care - we couldn’t do it without you. And thank you to the kind person who heard Bubs’ plea for help and dove in headfirst to help him despite having her own dog, cat and (no lie) chickens at home! 3/4

Jinx has no idea that she's the reason my phone camera roll is full of cat šŸˆā€ā¬› photos, that I smile every time someone asks about her, & that I tell stories about her to people who have never met her. All she knows is that I love her & somehow that's enough. 🩷

Every night needs to be Bark at the Park Night at Camden Yards. The doggos inspire the Orioles.
