Here’s the truth: we’re the roots. Limited resources and time mean we have to work extra hard just to keep things growing. Skip the memes, cancel the meetups, ignore translations and the plant struggles to thrive. Branches may look impressive, but it’s the roots doing the steady, patient work. Support your local communities, give them attention and care, a little water and fertilizer go a long way. Together, nurtured from the ground up, the network can flourish.
