Bad news: the Lightning Network is not well suited for large, random destination, infrequent sends. Good news: the Blockchain is good at that. Best news: with submarine swaps, splicing, fallback addresses: on and off-chain can seamlessly work together to efficiently move bitcoins

In the bitcoin blockchain output amounts are about 8.49GB, if serialized as bitcoin varint they could be 4.96GB, if serialized as 7 bit varint they could be 3.65GB
