AB 2046 The “ethanol conversion kit” bill, is not a solution to the state-caused fuel supply problem. Converting existing vehicles to use ethanol fuels is very costly. Low income workers and even middle class cannot afford to convert their vehicles. Another bad idea by the state.

San Antonio you may want to rethink that plan to paint rainbows on sidewalks. ADA law applies to sidewalks. If those rainbows cause a visually impaired pedestrian to be disoriented, or to trip and fall, you may be destined for a ADA or negligence lawsuit. #ADA #sanantonio 🤷🏼♂️

So report it and get your PUBLIC sidewalk back! Sidewalks are protected federally by #ADA law. They must remain accessible. Contact your city and demand that they cite the person and clear the public right of way. That IS how it is done.

I’m VERY happy with that. I already planned on keeping my classic sports car forever. Much cheaper to maintain, repair and insure than any new car, including EV’s.
