But yeah you are a fat f*** good job on losing a ton of weight. Let me break it down for you that they are doing to muscle failure. That means they keep going until they can't do anymore. And then that's one set. It's perfectly fine to do this when you get to a certain level.

My new office is about 30 miles away deep in the suburbs but on the metro.
I save about $14,000 a year by taking metro and having my commute take about a half hour longer.
Any middle class person who commutes 70 miles a day is living in a prison of their own making
