We are not and should not be second choice or a runner-up prize. The sector we work in requires highly dedicated, committed, resilient, skilled emapathetic people who want to be there and understand their role. It is a hard job, a rewarding job and definitely not for everyone.

It was fantastic to host the reunion of the Dingwall Academy 1994 U18 Scottish Schools Shield winning team on Saturday at our match against Dundee.
They chose Kacper Lopata as their Player of the Match!
