❗️First Thread of 2025❗️ A friend of mine made this render of me today (shoutout to @smartorfart) so I thought i’d introduce myself for those who still don’t know me. My name is OneShot and I’m the game lead for @starwolvez working on The Infinite Beyond I joined the SW team in late 2022 because I believed in @charliehilton, his vision, his conviction, his work ethic and most importantly, his professionalism in a not very professional space at the time. A little about me, I’ve always been a gamer, an extremely competitive one at that, and I’ve been gaming ever since I discovered it back in the late 90s when access wasn’t so easy. I’ve always had a passion for RTS games and RPG games, from Command&Conquer on PC to Final Fantasy on PS1, but why is this important? Throughout my journey in web3 I’ve seen countless promises of building games, and mostly have failed because they lacked the gaming sense to begin with, so as a gamer I can understand why gamers would absolutely hate web3 gaming and it’s state. It was filled with ponzi schemes and projects creating tokens and eventually sucking more liquidity out of the market while giving web3 games a bad rep. Regardless, the vision Star Wolvez had had already captivated me as a gamer and made me want to join @charliehilton who’s also a gamer with more than just a sense of gaming in building this epic game with this epic team that we’re close to releasing. The Infinite Beyond is not your typical Clash of Clans rip off, it is it’s own game with it’s own deep lore where RTS gaming (base building) is just ONE function that the game has. It is a unique game with so many features and game modes and an ever expanding potential on becoming one of the greatest games ever built and I’m extremely proud to be a part of it. I’m extremely proud of where we currently are as a project, in a space where most OG projects died, @Starwolvez not only held through a destructive bear cycle and kept building to produce one of the most epic games, but also took guardianship of one of the biggest IPs known in the space, The Galactic Apes, gave them a home and revived their purpose. I’ve made many friends along the way that helped me get where I am now and I’m extremely grateful for them, especially @Metaverse_HQ who guided me over the course of these years. I cannot be more bullish on us. !HOWL !GOOH

Not many people know that @starwolvez took guardianship of @TheGalacticApes, gave them a home, gave them a purpose, started writing their redemption story and revived their cause that was stolen from them back 2021. They are still one of if not the most important IPs to ever bless the web3 space. Pixel art like never seen before. This year, the GAPES will come back, stronger than ever. #GOOH
