Zero Robotaxi incidents where FSD was at fault for the last four months 🥳
The latest NHTSA report has just come in.
Tesla reported one new incident this month. It occurred earlier in April, when the Robotaxi was stopped and rear-ended by a truck. Tesla is therefore not at fault.
The previous report already listed two other incidents in March in which the Robotaxi was also stationary and rear-ended.
As a result, there have been zero incidents since the beginning of February 2026 in which the Robotaxi was at fault.
Let that sink in! Zero incidents where FSD was at fault for the last four months (June’s data will be released next month).
I’ve attached a simplified view of the NHTSA data if you’d like more details.

Got to try FSD (Supervised) in 🇩🇰 for the first time today, behind the wheel. Uneventful, boring, and simply the most amazing real world AI application I have seen yet! @teslaeurope Thank you, for making our roads safer 🙌

Er lige kommet hjem fra en Tesla FSD (supervised) tur fra Horsens til Århus centrum, henover Hovedgård.. Folk har ingen anelse !🤩 .. hvis man ikke har siddet foran rattet i myldertid i en Tesla med FSD aktiveret, så har man simpelthen ingen anelse om det .. jeg er målløs 😮 … Christian den X vej, forbi stadion til Harald Jensens Plads, ned af genvejen med byggeri i enden, forbi rutebilstationen og Dokk1 og ud på Aarhus Ø’s mærkelige barriere lort .. mand løber henover vejen lige foran .. pige der pludselig går mellem to biler og ud over midterstriben for at levere energi drik til bilister ? .. begge dele klarer FSD helt uden problemer og helt trygt ! ..
Jeg har kørt Jylland tyndt i 35 år, og jeg er målløs 😮 på den gode måde 😎🤓👌🏻🤩

Det her er stort! Den første tur i min egen selvkørende Tesla🚗
Det her er en dag, jeg længe har set frem til.
Min egen Tesla kan nu køre af sig selv.
På min første tur kørte bilen mig rundt i Århus’ myldretrafik i 30 min.
Jeg rørte ikke rattet én gang.
Når jeg i dag senere skal til Kbh fra Århus kører bilen hele vejen.
Alle nyere Teslaer kan tilkøbe teknologien og få den med en software-opdatering.
Med et knipseslag har vi nu selvkørende biler i alle byer i Danmark.
Det er vildt!🇩🇰

Just saw TSLA stock. What a joke.
Still not understanding how a 35-40,000 dollar car that drives itself without a human in the control loop could be a valuable technology. Makes zero sense to me.
