Was just cashing out $21k (!) and the casino tried to pay me without counting it first. I asked them to count the money in front of me (standard procedure). They counted it super fast & refused to do it out loud & TOLD ME OFF when started counting out loud. Crazy procedure! šŸ˜‚

So far we have 3 episodes that are 95% done, 1 episode that’s 80% done. I’ve stopped making guarantees of when a video will be online because I’m terrible at sticking to it. But we are getting there. This season will be longer (10 - 12 eps) and longer (25 - 35 mins per ep) Also got some other stuff in the works you may like. And that’s just this season. Since then I’ve had half a dozen other trips so lots more videos to come.
Replying to @StevenBridges
Yooo!!! Unrelated, but I’ve literally watched your beat the odds series DOZENS of times each (doing it again now). Just realized it’s been 2 years since the last season. Are we getting another?

I've been saying it. I think @rxgamble has said it in a similar fashion. We simply cannot comprehend the harm that is being done and are just barely starting to see the ramifications on society.
It feels like gambling is going to become the opioid-like crisis of the 2020s

They're definitely not embracing all content creators šŸ˜…
Gaming numbers have been on the decline for ages as younger people are seemingly less interested. In order to reach new audiences, resorts are embracing live streams, influencers & content creation. I fully support the resorts opening up Las Vegas to bigger audiences to showcase everything we have to offer. I have some personal reservations about the excessive glamorization of high limit gaming and have seen first hand what a slippery slope that is. This is uncharted territory at our properties and I’m interested to see if it truly brings new guests through the door long term. #vegas #lasvegas #vegasstarfish #livestream #gaming

BORING TWEET INCOMING. Any UK accountants following me? Google withheld 30% of my AdSense due to me not filling out a tax form in time during my sole trader to ltd transition. Need a CAA / US tax specialist for a 1042-S reclaim ITIN. Need fixed-fee pros that will not absolutely rip me off like the other quotes I've received. THANKS

For a person that's pretty vocal about how much I dislike casinos, you'd think I wouldn't get SO MANY online casinos/sports books wanting to sponsor me. Hard no. I think the only thing in that domain that I'd consider is something poker related, because you can actually get an edge in that game, but even that is something I'd have to think a lot about. Anyway, if you're a brand that has a product or service that will actually benefit my audience and not just squeeze money from them, now's the time to get in touch.

Most people are telling me that poker rooms in Texas are using a legal loophole to be able to operate. Those who are angry that The Lodge has been raided/can't operate, I'm wondering whether or not you think that: - The Lodge operates LEGALLY, so the raid is unjustified. - The Lodge operates ILLEGALLY, but the law is BS/unfair. - The legal status is less relevant, they're being selectively targeted unfairly. Obviously you may think two of these things, but I'm interested in what the biggest factor is.

As a non-poker guy, can someone give me a non-bias run down of what’s happening re The Lodge? It’s popped up on my timeline but I’m seeing some questionable tweets.

UGHHGHGGHGH, just cut a story from one of the videos we're making. I love the story, but it's just too helpful to casinos if I tell it. They'll learn too much. And the last thing they need is more help with catching counters. In other news, the edit is going really well.

I cannot see why things like this don't make online poker completely unplayable. Am I missing something?
This is literally just one of countless unethical ways money is made online. This video shows a poker bot farm. Multiple bots sit at the same table and share their cards in real time. Because they know each other’s cards, they never bluff or trap each other. They only bet aggressively when the human is statistically behind, and fold otherwise. A single bot farm like this can make more than the house!!

With a high enough true count you'll profit from the insurance company.
What exactly is the point of buying insurance? Obviously, I’m going to pay more money than I get back, because otherwise the insurance company wouldn’t turn a profit. But for some reason everyone does it?

Online bookies are sketchy af. They have got around the compliance laws by only demanding your personal info when you withdraw, not when you deposit. Lose money easily, withdraw winnings with great difficulty.
Wife deposited a fiver into her @bet365 account last week and turned it into Ā£160. Account is in her old name, bank details the same, they want a copy of her marriage certificate to withdraw the money šŸ˜‚ you absolute crooks. Fine to take the money though wasn’t it šŸ¤”

Am I missing something obvious here? Aren't... ALL... competitive games/sports player vs player? The critique applies to all sports no?
I’ll just come out and say it: People who play poker are ~ scammers. Never back a founder who’s into poker. Poker is pure PvP, little skills involved and does not produce value. Back a chess player if you like games. Skills based builders for the win. We deserve better. This includes VCs, founders, and finance bros. Anyone who’s too deeply into gambling is simply not a good person. Just like in the world of hedge funds there’s actual risk counter parties who trade commodities futures and those who speculate - some provide real value to society, the rest is pure noise. Sadly the noise often profits more, that’s something we gotta fix.
