Lucas Landgren Persson (16, 🇸🇪) and Lino Wernberg Hyppänen (17, 🇸🇪) rescued a point for Helsingborg tonight, with two academy goals in 90 seconds turning 2-0 down into 2-2 against Oddevold.
Hyppänen is a centre-back who only made his senior debut a few weeks ago against Norrby. He's grown up in the HIF academy and got his first start tonight off the back of a half-time cameo that turned heads. He took his goal at 79' to give them a route back in.
Persson (16, 🇸🇪) is slightly more established. A forward who came to HIF aged 10, he became the youngest senior debutant in Helsingborg's history last June at 15 years and two weeks old. Sweden U17 international, already on a three-year contract - the maximum length allowed under 18. Tonight, 90 seconds after Hyppänen's reducer, he scored his first senior goal.
A teenager who'd never scored at this level, and another playing centre-back at 17, doing it together. Helsingborg's academy is having a big night.
