So @united never got back to me. I am disappointed but not surprised. I want to say though that everyone on the ground at SCE and ORD was lovely. They work so hard. They are kind. It is sad that the corporation doesn’t live to the people.
Dear @united I was supposed to be on a plane at 7am. I am now on the 5th delay. This has gone way past ridiculously unacceptable.
Bc I can’t get to my destination I’m told you will give me a hotel room but no one is able to give me any details. This seems like a simple thing.
If I ever get to ORD I have to cross 3 terminals to find customer service, then wait for help, then find my bag, then find my hotel. You could make this easier by just getting me help during the eight hours I’ve been waiting. Do better @united

My Administration is canceling all remaining oil and gas leases issued under the last administration in the Arctic Refuge and proposing to protect 13 million acres in the Western Arctic.
There's more to do, but we’re taking action to meet the moment for future generations.
