Insurrection is defined as instance of revolting against the government.
Protesters inside the Capitol building on J6 were overwhelmingly peaceful.
The only person who died from a gunshot wound was an unarmed Trump supporter at the hands of Capitol Police.
If right wingers, who are likely gun owners, were actually trying to overthrow the most powerful government on Earth, surely they would have been armed with more than flagpoles.
January 6th was not an insurrection.
