.@rally_health Since Jan 1 l've been trying to get my One Pass benefit. Your website claims my info can't be verified. I've been unsuccessful calling (still on hold after 75 min). My gym participates in the program but also couldn't use the web interface you gave them. HELP! @IBX

Each year (since 2000 when we moved to PA) Iโve wished for SNOW on my birthday (& yes, other days all winter long, too! LOL) It started snowing this afternoon & we have ~2โ so far but itโs supposed to snow all day tomorrow & more Tuesday morning (my birthday)! HAPPINESS! ๐๐ป ๐ ๐

6) Frustrated I realized I should not be communicating with @DHLUS but instead with the company we had ordered from. SUCCESS. Our 2nd box was delivered Friday 6/19. Lesson learned. Beware of @DHLUS and @DHLUSHelp. @Durant100

5) Laurent emailed me a phone #/extension # to use to begin a โresearchโ inquiry to locate our 2nd box. Soon a week had passed and Iโd talked to Lillian, Mary, unidentified woman, Will, and Teresa. 2 of the 5 HUNG UP on me mid-conversation! So rude.

4) On 6/12 Laurent emailed that we should expect delivery on Monday 6/15 BUT Saturday 6/13 I received a text and an email and amazingly @DHLUS truck pulled up. One of our 2 boxes was delivered. Disturbingly the driver said that was it. Uh-oh, where was our second box?
