🌍 15k OR finish Not close at all to my top 50 OR finish last season, but 5x straight top 100k finishes for my xPts model! 🧵Below are some differential wins and some covariance highlights after being the first manager to solve using covariance the whole season!

13797 🌍 20 🇭🇺 Season Review (1/2) An incredible season has come to a close. I've met so many amazing new people who helped me along the way, and I’ve also managed to grow a lot personally. Just when I think there's not much room left for me to improve in this game, entirely new perspectives, strategies, and mindsets open up. I’ve always been more interested in the math and philosophy of the game than simply which player to put in, and my goal is to further research and understand this moving forward. Up next: World Cup Fantasy. Finally, I owe a huge thank you to the following: -@SolioAnalytics: I had the chance to take part in testing before the start of the season, and since then I have a much better understanding of how a model works. It was also one of the cornerstones of my decision-making this year. -@fplreview: My most important decision-making tool. -@SynergyFPL: I joined mid-season and I’m still incredibly grateful for it. It felt amazing to be part of the best Analytics Mini-League in the world, filled with brilliant and helpful people. GW38 53pts 3.2k -> 4.1k Not a particularly nice way to end the season on a red arrow with just 6 players playing 60 mins. But still a good season and that's 3 top 10ks in the last 4 and 8 straight top 50ks (one of, if not, the longest active in FPL)

GW38. Up from 5.0k. A 7th Top 10k in 9 seasons. Certainly feels like my luckiest one in recent years. Got greedy with FTs around the AFCON top-up which resulted in some questionable decisions before fully limping home with this squad - but thankfully my players done the points

3rd season playing and my 1st T10k finish. Really happy with that , Felt like my decision making process has improved. Result good but still a lot of lessons learned taken from this season onto the next to hopefully further improve my process and may the posvar continue🤞

Gameweek 37 Review ✅🔥 Points: 73 Rank: 520th → 309th A green arrow to my highest rank this season. On track for a second top 500 finish in 3 years, with 2 FTs saved for what I predict will be GW38 madness. A truly mental season & I’m grateful for the luck falling my way 🫶

GW38 is going to be carnage now the league is done. I don’t think any Arsenal or City players are nailed to start apart from Gabriel, Saliba and Bernardo Silva. Most people have 6 players from both teams and only 1 free transfer 🤣
