Not to mention agave poaching! Big brand producers who don't ask questions when someone shows up with a truck full of under-ripe agave are absolutely complicit.
Several are conspicuously absent from are menu for a reason!

Love this trend.
At @TDOSeattle we include the actual grams of alcohol per drink since ABV is only part of the story (if you don't know the actual volume of the drink, which you rarely do).
A Toki Highball is lower ABV but 1g more alcohol than a Negroni.
