It's time to learn local model use properly. I have already worked with Gemma4 but will be trying out even more larger models next, time to push this machine to it's limits ( and maybe burn it too )

Fun Fact - Github only records contributions done on the default branch I use 'staging' for my code pushes, and I was really confused about why I wasn't seeing enough green. Changed the default on the repo and now it looks much better

A very bad news for frontier labs, essentially any models like Fable 5 won't generate them any revenue from outside the US. Big win for open source perhaps?
The US government, citing national security authorities, has issued an export control directive to suspend all access to Fable 5 and Mythos 5 by any foreign national, whether inside or outside the United States, including foreign national Anthropic employees. The net effect of this order is that we must abruptly disable Fable 5 and Mythos 5 for all our customers to ensure compliance. Access to all other Claude models is not affected. We apologize for this disruption to our customers. We believe this is a misunderstanding and are working to restore access as soon as possible. Read our full statement: anthropic.com/news/fable-myt…

The thing that I miss from the early days was to enter ai.com and it would open ChatGPT, need it back now, but for @claudeai

I definitely didn't discover this by accidentally pressing Esc twice. @ClaudeDevs a heads-up would have been great

I am working twice as before, but it depends on how one defines "work"

The bigger challenge now is to have hard enough problems that are worth to solve using Fable

Everyone's banging on about loops When they should be thinking about increasing shareholder value

We are just three and a half years into the AI boom and it already feels like a decade. Time doesn't move the same anymore.

The biggest advantage of living in SF is that you are at the forefront of technological advancements as they happen around you. Even with trying to keep up every day, I can easily say I am still a month behind. Living there would probably be like time-travelling in the future.

I felt the same thing that @garrytan is talking about here and built rubric.chat 2 weeks back, Never launched it because I didn't feel happy with how imperfect it felt Might as well do it now Lol

Building apps has never been easier. With Sites, Codex can turn your work, ideas, and plans into an interactive website or app your team can explore, use, and share with a URL. Rolling out to Business and Enterprise plans, before expanding more broadly.

The best version of Iron Man's Jarvis I have seen
Watch me control my computer with just my voice. This is the future of operating systems. No hands. GPT-Realtime 2.0 is very, very underrated. Demo:

With AI costing a shit ton more than expected, rather than a pullback on spending, devs will start getting judged on token efficiency because that's one the key metrics now.
