This is the 3rd time in 4 months with internet outage @HeyBroadband. Already 4th day and still the issue is not fixed. The engineer still haven’t been sent to resolve the problem. I’m really disappointed with the service all trust destroyed. I’m unable to work. @Ofcom

It’s really sad to see the state of affairs and clearly the operations isn’t professional as of it’s run by two folks from the back of a garage. This is the 7th internet outage with @HeyBroadband since I’ve joined; each outage lasting a few days. @Ofcom @jamesmurray_ldn

It’s beyond embarrassing. Internet is a basic necessity these days. Would we accept if water, electricity or gas provider experiences outage lasting a week every month? This needs to be reviewed seriously as a negligence of customers @Ofcom @HeyBroadband.
