Simulating large-scale battles without destroying performance was a big challenge, but Niagara made it possible.
I almost lost my sanity implementing this… but it was worth it
I’ve been working on one of the hardest systems in my castle simulation game — the resource economy.
The storage chest is fully connected to the resource manager, and everything replicates in real-time.

I’m building AI systems for my Unreal Engine game…
and on day one, the AI chose violence. 😭
After a small behaviour tree “adjustment,”
he’s now peacefully chopping trees and delivering resources like a good NPC.
In my latest dev log, I finally got the lever-to-bridge logic working in Unreal. I even tried to sync the hand animation so it looks legit—it’s not 100% perfect, but it’s feeling pretty satisfying.
