Wow, @TheDifferenceAI is one of the best use cases I’ve seen for an Alexa skill. I like their approach to auth by asking the user the say their pin. The only thing missing there is to verify the name on the account once you’re connected, just to make sure they didn’t guess a pin

I loved In Your Corner back when it was Pretty Padded Room & was so sad when it closed... but now I’m happy because @BeaArthurLMHC is starting @TheDifferenceAI!
They were very selective /w therapists & was the best online service I’ve used.

Great idea. Accessibility, pro-mental health, humanizing voice assistant experience. IMO, operates on principle that asking for help thru Alexa has less friction than a phone call. And therapy requires voice, not text. Cc @dtabrown HT @LynGraft. Go @BeaArthurLMHC go! #voicefirst
