A proud moment for ThinkSharp Foundation!π»
Yesterday, at the prestigious Balakumar Marathi Sahitya Sammelan 2025 organized by Pune Zilla Parishad, we had the honor of showcasing our BookMitra program in the presence of esteemed dignitaries including Dr. Shripal Sabnis, Shri. Chandrkant Pulkundwar (Divisional Commissioner, Pune), Shri. Jitendra Dhudi (Collector, Pune), Shri. Gajanan Patil (CEO, ZP Pune), and other education leaders.
Through BookMitra, we are transforming the reading culture in rural schools - even where space is a constraint. Our innovative hanging libraries make access to books possible in every classroom, while our Digi Library initiative puts 1000 Marathi books freely in the hands of students, empowering self-driven learning through open-source platforms.
We proudly publish books written by students, giving their creativity a voice and building the skills most needed for the 21st century: communication, collaboration, creativity, and critical thinking. Our approach integrates socio-emotional learning, self-reflection, and scientific temperament - nurturing not just readers, but future-ready changemakers.
BookMitra goes beyond infrastructure; itβs a holistic program where students reflect, connect, and grow. Yesterdayβs gathering was a testament to the power of community, leadership, and the vision to make quality education truly accessible.
Grateful for the support and encouragement from Zilla Parishad Pune and all guests, as we continue to build creative spaces and opportunities for young minds across Maharashtra!
