I’m incredibly grateful for the support and encouragement I’ve received over the last week. Below are the experiences that distinguish me and have prepared me for the role. Voting is still open 🗳️ for #NAEMSP members!

One of the joys of #GatheringEagles22 & previous conferences is getting to meet #EMSFellows, the future of our subspecialty. 81 fellows matched to 70 program in 2021. I don't know the male-female breakdown, but certainly @TimHongMD is outnumbered here! What a great looking group!

This is a brave stance by Steve Simon and the WTA where we put principle above $ and stand up for women everywhere and particularly for Peng Shuai. Now - what say you, @IOC ?!? #IOC - so far I can barely hear you!!! #WhereisPengShuai

What to do now? 1) If not vaxxed, get vaxxed 2) If not boosted & >4-5 mths out, get boosted 3) Get prepared mentally to act more cautiously if Omicron proves to be more infectious, immune-evasive, or both 4) Follow the news & science – will be much clearer in 2-3 wks 5) That's it
