Disappointed with response from @easyJet my snowboard bag was damaged in transit. Apparently, if it still “holds contents” and functions, visible damage doesn’t matter. Customers should expect their belongings returned in the same condition they were handed over #CustomerService

Just out of interest. Has anyone else had quality issues with @Halfords_uk with fitting parts at Halfords Garage services?

Under the Citizens Advice interpretation of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, any garage device must be carried out
With reasonable care and skill
The parts are fit for purpose
And to a satisfactory standard

I’m hoping @Halfords will reconsider their position regarding brake discs fitted to my vehicle which have since warped.
I trusted the work carried out and simply want a fair review of the issue and an appropriate resolution.

Customers rely on professional workmanship when it comes to braking systems. This experience has been extremely disappointing.

Brake discs fitted by @Halfords have now warped, causing vibration and safety concerns.
After having to have them replaced by an Audi machanic to raise the issue, I was advised they would not take responsibility.

What is it with @RoyalMailHelp twice the delivery driver has driven off, even when I’ve waved at him to say I’m opening the gate. Multiple attempts on the app (useless) and 10 times I’ve got this. Your workforce are amazing but communication is NOT your best asset. #royalmail
