In our recent preprint we describe two plasmid toolboxes. In-Cloning for the generation of scarless TUs and Out-Cloning for acceptor plasmid assembly. Both are compatible with the original MoClo standard. Congratulations to authors Stijn, Tania & Ahmet. biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/…
