THIS is the truth of what happened but the judge would not allow the whole video to be shown or even for the defendants to explain the motivation for actions, THIS is not a functioning democracy or judiciary this is corruption on behalf of special interests!
This is terrifying. Now stop & understand that you are watching a security guard protecting Israel’s arms manufacture attacking peaceful activists with a sledgehammer - violence that led to a police woman suffering an injury treated with paracetamol.

🔴 An estimated 100 to 200 Stanford students walked out of Google CEO Sundar Pichai’s commencement address Sunday, chanting “Free, free Palestine,” as boos and cries of “shame on you” were directed at Pichai from parts of the crowd. The protest targeted Google’s Project Nimbus cloud contract with the Israeli government, which includes services for the Defense Ministry and other state agencies as the country commits genocide in Gaza and ethnically cleanses Lebanon.
Well over 100 Stanford students walked out of Google CEO Sundar Pichai’s commencement speech at Stanford just now, chanting “Free, free Palestine.” Google has a cloud contract with the Israeli government. Lots of boos and cries of “shame on you” as well

Americans after paying $300 billion to Iran to reopen the Strait of Hormuz which was never closed

BREAKING: Iran says the US has agreed to pay $300 billion in reconstruction funds directly to Iran as part of the deal Pakistan announced, alongside the release of $24 billion in frozen funds with $12 billion released before negotiations even start, per Mehr News. This directly contradicts Trump's & Vance's claim that no funds will be transferred to Iran at all. If Trump denies this is true, there never was a deal. If Trump confirms, the US has fully capitulated to Iran's demands.

These men were the Senegalese Tirailleurs—African soldiers recruited from across France's West African colonies, including present-day Senegal, Mali, Guinea, Burkina Faso, and Niger. When Nazi Germany invaded France in 1940, they fought and died defending a country that was not their own. Thousands served on the front lines, facing the same artillery, machine guns, and tanks as their white comrades. Many were captured by the Nazis and endured years of imprisonment under brutal conditions. But for many survivors, the greatest betrayal came not from Germany, but from the very nation they had fought to defend — France ! After the war, African veterans returned expecting the pay, pensions, and respect promised to them for their service. Instead, they encountered discrimination, delayed wages, and unequal treatment. On 1 December 1944, a group of demobilized Tirailleurs at the Thiaroye military camp near Dakar protested over unpaid salaries and benefits. French colonial forces opened fire on them, killing 500 veterans. Historians are convinced that the true death toll was likely much higher than this. They fought for France against fascism, survived Nazi captivity, and came home only to be met with bullets from the French colonial state. It did not end there. In 1945, 34 of the Senegalese veterans, who were thought to be the instigators of the protest, were tried and given sentences of upto ten years. They were later pardoned as French President Vincent Auriol visited Senegal in March 1947, but they were not exonerated, and their widows were never awarded the veteran pensions usually granted to widows of fallen soldiers. The Thiaroye massacre is not taught in schools in France, and a Senegalese film about the massacre released in 1988, Camp de Thiaroye, was both banned in France and censored in Senegal.

Today we honor the memory of Mohammed Abu Khdeir, who was just 16 years old when he was kidnapped in Shuafat in occupied East Jerusalem, beaten, tortured, burned alive and brutally murdered by zionist settlers 11 years ago on July 2, 2014. NEVER FORGET! NEVER FORGIVE!

"The judgment was handed down within minutes, indicating Judge Johnson had already made his mind up before the hearing had begun"
I spent all day in Woolwich Crown Court yesterday for the Filton activists' sentencing hearing with my colleague @daniaakkad. The court heard that the Terrorism Act was never intended to cover direct action protest. It heard that all of the defendants had been cleared of violent intent and sentencing them as terrorists would mark a historic first for charges of criminal damage. It heard that the Suffragettes, who did "a bit of smashing themselves", would have been labelled as terrorists but have now been vindicated by history. It heard the activists' goal was to stop the supply chain of drones and weaponry to Israel as it commits genocide in Gaza. It heard that attaching a terrorism connection to a case without it ever being heard by a jury was unconstitutional and posed a threat to the criminal justice system itself. It heard that the "terrorism connection" has been disproportionately used against minority groups and those advocating for them while not being used for neo-Nazis and white supremacists, including the man who killed Jo Cox MP. It heard that the law has been reinterpreted since the action took place, meaning the activists could have had no idea that what they did could have been caught up in terrorism laws at the time of the protest. It heard that the prosecution submitted key evidence just eight days before the hearing, giving the defence no time to review it or even discuss it with their clients. Despite all of this, Judge Jeremy Johnson, who has already tried to refer the defence's lead barrister for contempt of court and been forced to apologise for it, sentenced the defendants as terrorists. The judgment was handed down within minutes, indicating Judge Johnson had already made his mind up before the hearing had begun. Being in court yesterday felt akin to witnessing a colonial crime: punishing activists with terrorism offences in order to set a precedent that taking direct action to stop a UK-backed genocide will not be tolerated.
