Often I have colleagues not prescribing anything to their patients because they are waiting for data to show that something is effective. I too am a lover of evidence-based medicine, but if we had to wait for data to treat #Dysautonomia, #MECFS and #LongCovid, we'd prescribe ZERO medications to patients because there are no FDA-approved therapies for these conditions.
