@British_Airways you cancel a flight with no explanation and dont pay for an alternative flight with a different airline, asking us instead to choose a wildly inconventient BA option involving a 3am start and a lengthy taxi ride to an airport miles away. What a disgrace!

Obviously there’s so much fucked up about the #Trumpadministration, but I’m struck by how they casually use the term ‘alien invaders’. Alien, referring to 1st or 2nd gen immigrants has long been used by fascist groups. It’s so disparaging & extreme, but no one’s batting an eyelid

Ok all up for security but what happened to just a straightforward password? Logging into @Apple @Google or even @imdbpro is like an escape room. In fact more hoops to jump through than my online banking. Passwords, 2!: passcodes, two device verification. You’re not MI5!!

#brixton #brixtonfakecops #fakepolice has anyone around #SW2 encountered guys in hoodies with plastic met police lanyards trying to pull over drivers? Only thing hinting at police was the lanyard & one of them wearing a florescent cap. Didn’t feel genuine but a big scam.

@Airbnb @AirbnbHelp I had my first guests over Christmas. It was hard to get bookings without reviews but I got one. They forgot to leave a review & your policy of a 14 day time limit now means they can't. The response from your customer support is literally 'computer says no'

2/3 - @Airbnb this means I am in the same position as I was before. It's going to be no easier to get bookings, your customer call centres said 'the system is in place, nothing to do'. What a terrible system. People have lives, forget. They checked out 3 weeks ago, not 3 months
