这是重庆虐狗事件，爆发的严重冲突，爱狗人士和虐狗人发生了激烈争吵，其中一位爱狗人士的狗，被虐狗的人砍断了尾巴和折磨的不像样的身体，让她情绪崩溃，她多次报警，警方都没有出警，她最后跑到楼顶以跳楼的方式威胁，才引来了警察破门而入救出她的狗狗🐕，这也是发生的美国警察一定会第一时间去管，而且虐狗的人会被判刑和罚款，在中国太多这种漠视生命的人，虐待动物的人就更多。
