Our children are not “fleeing to Israel.” We are grateful and privileged to call the great United States our home, where our Torah way of life is protected, our safety is tirelessly safeguarded, and we enjoy harmonious coexistence with neighbors of all races and faiths. Israeli leaders are completely at a loss when it comes to handling criticism professionally without immediately resorting to accusations of antisemitism. For Zionists, politicizing antisemitism has become a worn out comfort blanket they reach for whenever they need consolation.

We are “Jewish” by religion. Israel has NO part in that equation. We all see the perilous attempts by Zionists to speak in the name of Jews, and we are all aware of the dangerous ramifications that flow from that conflation. It is critical to restate a basic fact that Israel and Zionism are not synonymous with Jews or Judaism. Not in our name!!
