Watched an SMB Capital video on YouTube last night mentioning getting out of trades at 10:30 EST as they often start chopping or reversing then. So I flipped back through ES and noticed with the exception of a trend day here and there this was mostly correct. Worth looking into.

If you stay 100% technical, you will quickly see that news does not matter 95% of the time.

Payout request tonight…I remember grinding for weeks and months with no payouts.
Putting together two or three good days and then losing it all
Especially on Sunday nights. I’d wait all weekend for the market to open up, be too excited and blow it in the first ten minutes, ruining my streak and the start of my week.
It does get better. You don’t need to backtest or learn complicated strategy. You just need to watch those candles and learn the patterns
Become an expert— of a one hour segment of the market. Whichever hour you perform the best in and only trade inside of that hour. You will be surprised how predictable that one hour chunk of time becomes
For me that is 6:00 - 7:00PM, Asia session open. I still trade NY here and there for fun but 90% of my trades are executed in that one hour window

ES 5M I'm going to start keeping an eye on this anchored VWAP. I pinned at the swing low for last Friday. Settings show the standard #2 multiplier set at 2 and the source is set to low. (tradingview)
