There's an issue with my departureboards where nothing seems to be updating, looks like I'm not receiving anything from upstream. I'm investigating the issue. departureboards.mobi uktra.in

Departure boards are now back. It looked like something upstream had failed as I was receiving traffic from Network Rail but not from National Rail Enquiries/RDG. However the NRE feeds started receiving traffic again around 0740 BST

⚠️🌧️ Video from #Addlestone - this is what’s causing the disruption to @SW_Help customers on the route via Chertsey. It’s liquified mud that’s flowed onto the live rail and turning to steam. Once the mud has stopped flowing we will work on getting it cleared.
