Lol, resolve your pathetic customer support first
POV: you realised you weren’t sad, your space just needed a glow up! #NoBroker

Shocking experience with @nobrokercom.A confirmed move-out booking was cancelled at the last moment, leaving me stranded just before my flight.Even after escalating to the CEO, there has been no proper resolution or fair compensation.Isthis how customers are treated?@AmitKumarA

Pathetic support from nobroker. The packing and moving partner left the job midway. And there has not been any resolution what so ever. Pathetic support from nobroker. @nobrokercom @NoBrokerCare @jagograhakjago @consumer

Nobroker has become the worst broker. they assign the work to a third party and don't even share the id proof of the partner they assign, no id card nothing. No accountability whatsoever when we are already stressed with relocation.

Recently watched a video of a Nandi community someone was reselling, i didn't like how the greenery is maintained. Sure, the crowd there may be the top 1% in their fields. But if something is not a primary residence, maintenance usually goes to the dogs unless it’s run like an actual resort with its own business model and incentives. Pure secondary homes rarely get close monitoring, even when owners can throw money at them. It's a different matter that its hard to resell them as you need to find that rare person with same mindset unlike a property in the city

In these times of commodity bull market, I hope big builders have some hedging mechanism just in case steel etc.,. spike too much. Buyers are better off buying almost ready to move in mivan flats at these times

Also one shouldn't think one can become a builder by assembling a bunch of contractors and consultants together, many things can go wrong. You don't want to be the bearer of niggles and be part of new builder's learning curve

Good pont made in the pic. A case although in reverse is L&T is great as a contractor for several successful projects in blr by prestige, but l&t faltered in pulling off their own project ( in Hebbal) The key point is the contractor wing and the self brand residential wing may not have any connection whatsoever within a large company like l&t or SP

Take quotations and self-help advice with a pinch of salt, including this one. For example, no one really goes deep into the famous line "step out of your comfort zone". Does it mean not valuing what you already have? Does it mean being greedy? Or does it mean working hard/smart while being getting anxious? Why is comfort bad? Can't you 'comfortably' achieve your goals? Why should it 'feel' hard? No one answers exactly. Best is to use your own life experiences and grow original thinking. May be have a close mentor who has the answers or at least act as a bouncing board.

In a geopolitically unstable world, only truly sovereign nations matter. India is one of the few: large domestic market, independent institutions, strategic autonomy, strong defense capability, and not dependent on a single foreign power for survival. Add India’s demographics, urbanization, and scarcity in prime corridors, and top-tier real estate may avoid permanent value destruction, even if prices move in cycles.

Bangalore tech bros(like me) are good at building scalable systems, but we are stuck in a city that doesn't scale. A scalable city is one that can be easily extended by repeating the same existing modules(say, a grid or layout). New modules should be connected to old ones with high speed road. This can only happen by design - which is exactly what is lacking in Bangalore.

In middle age, your mind wants space given all the stress and responsibilities. So you buy or rent big flat. Can downsize as needed past retirement if at all.

Think before buying projects with fancy sky amenities from unproven builders x.com/TruthBombssh/status/19…

Rooftop amenities increase maintenance costs. More concerning is their untested nature in India—managing pigeons, elevator traffic (typically downward, but rooftops add upward flow), and weakening wind barriers or facade features as the building ages, causing concern for people below.

It should be beyond obvious to everyone by now that the deep state is behind Bitcoin. A corrupt government doesn’t promote an alternative currency they don’t control and aim to enslave you with. Buying Bitcoin is monetary Stockholm Syndrome—a honey pot to lure you away from real money. Palantir can’t control you with physical precious-metal currency. The pathway to hell is paved with digital money. Resist at all costs
