Stephen Miller wants to flip a switch and erase one of your oldest rights. Itโ€™s called habeas corpus. Fancy words but a simple idea that the government canโ€™t just grab you and lock you away. It has to prove to a judge why youโ€™re behind bars. That right is 800 years old. Itโ€™s older than America itself. And Miller tried to kill it. New reporting confirms it. Inside the White House, Miller pushed to suspend habeas corpus so agents could seize people, detain them, and deport them with no judge, no hearing, no chance to say โ€œyouโ€™ve got the wrong guy.โ€ Even Trumpโ€™s own lawyers put in writing that this is illegal. Miller pushed anyway. Miller screams โ€œinvasionโ€ because the Constitution only allows this sort of thing during an invasion. But this same crowd brags every day that border crossings hit record lows. So which is it? The right to challenge your own detention is the line between a republic and a regime. Lose it, and the government can disappear anyone. I will fight this with everything I have. The Constitution is not optional. Not for Stephen Miller. Not for anyone. nytimes.com/2026/06/15/us/poโ€ฆ

Section 219 (was 224) of the NDAA contains a dangerous provision to integrate our military tech with Israelโ€™s. @RepRoKhanna & I submitted an amendment to strike 219. I included the Rules Committee roster here; 7 of 13 members must agree in order for our amendment to get a vote.

One of the most brutal scenes in human history has been exposed. This video shows three young men trying to help an injured person, but Israel bombs them with a missile, killing them all. A moment the world must never forget.

ISRAEL JUST BOMBED BEIRUT, LEBANON. Israeli warplanes struck a densely populated residential area in Ghobeiry, in Beirutโ€™s southern suburbs, KILLING at least 3 people and INJURING 15. Iranโ€™s Deputy Commander of Khatam al Anbiya HQ says the attack โ€œwill not go unanswered.โ€ Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf says the strike proves the U.S. either lacks the WILL or the ABILITY to uphold its commitments, warning there can be no talk of continuing negotiations under these conditions.

USS Liberty survivors tell Thomas Massie they are extremely concerned about the treasonous Section 224 of the NDAA, which they say would force Americans to pay for special benefits for IDF soldiers. Massie says the provision poses a major threat to U.S. sovereignty by intertwining technology, military retirement systems, supply chains, and intelligence operations. "I think that's a bad idea for the United States." "Why would you adopt a junior partner with less than 10 million people?"

๐Ÿšจ Senate Wants to Force U.S. to Share Sensitive Intel with Israel Section 622 of the Senateโ€™s Intelligence Authorization Act, put forward by @SenTomCotton, โ€is one of several recent moves by those in Washington who carry the Israeli governmentโ€™s water to keep the United States tied to Israel despite plummeting support for the country among the American public.โ€ "It would require the president, acting through the director of national intelligence and as necessary the secretary of defense, to โ€œexpand and enhance intelligence sharing with the Government of Israelโ€ on a list of subjects that encompasses almost every topic of intelligence interest in the Middle East." - via @RStatecraft

1/ ๐Ÿšจ Congress isnโ€™t just debating โ€œaid to Israelโ€ anymore. Thatโ€™s the old fight. The new fight is whether the U.S. quietly embeds Israel into our defense tech, intelligence sharing, weapons development, and military-industrial supply chain. There are 5 vehicles to watch.

Section 224 has gotten attention. Section 622 hasn't, but it should. Buried in the 192-page Senate intelligence authorization bill is a provision that would require US intelligence agencies to share classified intelligence on virtually every topic of Middle East interest with Israel. Any pause or reduction would require congressional approval from a Congress that has shown little appetite for restricting Israel. This is the same strategy as Section 224: take what used to be a public, congressionally appropriated relationship โ€” one the public could pressure lawmakers to restrict โ€” and move it somewhere less visible, less accountable, and harder to reverse.
