I would measure how much wealth Musk created that never existed before. Then I'd calculate what percentage of that wealth he kept. Then I'd figure out what percentage of it he spent on his own lifestyle versus paid in taxes. Then I'd calculate the incomes of the employees of his companies and their impact on the economy. Then I'd look at the societal benefits of his companies because it's not all about cash. Then I'd compare to the benefits Bernie Sanders brought to America. (Mostly complaining.)

They are brilliant people who could be doing anything. But they care about doing something that really matters. If you follow the company, you notice them working on weekends, working late nights, even sometimes around holidays to deliver for customers and investors. Please know how much joy you're bringing to customers lives with your work. Tesla is about to change the world again and that couldn't have happened without every single one of you, from the people cleaning the floors to Elon Musk himself.
