⚖️🇨🇩 53,9 millions USD prévus à être mobilisés d’ici 2029 pour renforcer l’accès à la justice, l’État de droit et poser les fondations d’une paix durable en RDC.
🤝 Réunis à Kinshasa lors du premier Comité de Pilotage du Programme conjoint d’appui à la réforme de la justice (2025-2029), le Ministre d’État, Ministre de la Justice et Garde des Sceaux, Guillaume Ngefa Atondoko, et le Coordonnateur Résident a.i. du Système des Nations Unies en RDC, Damien Mama, ont signé le Plan de Travail Annuel 2026, marquant le lancement effectif des activités.
📍 Le programme sera déployé dans 8 provinces prioritaires : Kinshasa, Mai-Ndombe, Kasaï, Kasaï-Central, Tanganyika, Nord-Kivu, Sud-Kivu et Ituri.
🇺🇳 Mis en œuvre conjointement par le PNUD, la MONUSCO, le BCNUDH, l’UNICEF, ONU Femmes, ONUDC et la Team of Experts (TOE), avec l’appui des partenaires techniques et financiers, ce programme contribuera à améliorer la performance de la chaine pénale, à renforcer l’accès à la justice en particulier pour les femmes, les enfants et les groupes vulnérables, à promouvoir la protection des droits humains et la lutte contre l’impunité des crimes de droit international et autres crimes graves.
