What I have learned about Ugandan politics is that wherever there are large budget allocations, there will always be competition over who takes charge. As people continue to fight for these positions, I kindly ask that we do not forget persons with disabilities @UGParalympics . They also deserve support, opportunities, and proper funding.

On invitation, we presented the findings following the review of the selected Ministerial Policy Statements.

Mpindi also encouraged Persons with Disabilities to embrace government programs such as the Parish Development Model (PDM) to increase their incomes.
He said that 10% of PDM money was ring fenced for them and disbursed to respective perishes.
