We build factories For the West Deterring adversaries forever Rebuilding America’s energetics base is no longer a choice. It’s a geopolitical requirement. Modern conflict isn’t constrained by ideas. It’s constrained by production capacity. Adversaries are scaling—tonnage, throughput, time-to-field. The question is simple: Can the West produce factories at the speed of conflict? We’ve been operating inside one of the most constrained layers of the industrial base: propulsion manufacturing. The bottleneck isn’t demand. It’s disciplined, scalable production. Modern munitions demand will not be met by legacy factory infrastructure. Hypersonic and missile programs require: Agile factories that scale without losing control—ever. Advanced propellant production. Additive motor geometries. This is not a future problem. It’s a current constraint. Deterrence isn’t theoretical. It’s industrial. It’s factories. And rebuilding this base won’t happen alone. It requires alignment—partnering with those already solving critical pieces, and integrating systems to move faster, together. We’ve been building toward this reality. More soon. WIN. FOR THE WEST. #FactoriesAsAStockpile #MutuallyAssuredProduction #TheManufacturingPrime

UNION × NALAGX 155mm readiness depends on coordinated production. We’re partnering with NALAGX to align energetics supply, factory engineering, and software-enabled production systems. That is how stronger, more resilient defense manufacturing gets built. bit.ly/4uDJXKR

155mm readiness is not built in silos.

You do not strengthen production by treating energetics, factory engineering, and production control like separate problems.

They are one production system.

The issue is not just more capacity.
It is coordinated capacity with standards, traceability, and control.

That is how resilient defense manufacturing gets built.

We’ve been building toward a partnership that reflects that reality.

More tomorrow.

WIN. FOR THE WEST.

Range determines survivability, positioning, and who holds the advantage. Extended range 155 shifts the balance. And range is not a bolt on upgrade. The enhancements must be engineered and manufactured as one system. We’ve been working on a partnership grounded in this belief. More tomorrow. WIN. FOR THE WEST.

We produced nearly 100 episodes of @schoolofwarpod in 2025. It was quite a year: authors like Stephen Kotkin (Ep. 180), Andrew Roberts (Ep. 189), @DouglasKMurray (Ep. 193), Walter Russell Mead (Ep. 186), and @barrystrauss (Ep. 224). Public figures like @TomCottonAR (Ep. 183); industry leaders like @anduriltech's @cdbrose (Ep. 259), @UNION_Prime's Will Sommerindyke (Ep. 216), serial CEO @DrJohnHillen (Ep. 195), and @WeAreHII's Eric Chewning (Ep. 172). Episodes covered everything from breaking news (e.g. Operation Midnight Hammer) to civilizational collapse in the Bronze Age to the nature of historical thinking itself. We hit 3 million total downloads. And this fall we finally switched to video (which takes a toll on my ability to multitask while recording!) It's hard to pick favorites, but here are my top 20 episodes from 2025, recommended for your holiday down-time:

The new National Security Strategy of the United States: "As Alexander Hamilton argued in our republic’s earliest days, the United States must never be dependent on any outside power for core components—from raw materials to parts to finished products— necessary to the nation’s defense or economy. ...The future belongs to makers.” Read the full strategy.👇 whitehouse.gov/wp-content/up…
