A major milestone for America's energy future: For the first time in U.S. history, solar power generated more electricity than coal in a single month. New Mexico is ready to lead. We're investing in renewable energy, workforce development, infrastructure and advanced manufacturing to create jobs and power long-term economic growth. apnews.com/article/trump-sol…

In Moses Lake today to open our state's — and our country's — first Sustainable Aviation Fuel production facility that takes carbon dioxide and turns it into jet fuel. Washington state is ready to lead on innovation in Sustainable Aviation Fuel. We have deep historical roots in aerospace that has helped us build an ecosystem of 1,500 aerospace companies, world-class research institutions, deep engineering talent, and a highly skilled workforce. Congratulations to everyone at Twelve!

UPDATE: Make that 400 wells plugged under my Administration — more wells in the last 3 years than the previous 11 years combined. These abandoned wells pollute our air and waterways, directly threatening the health and well-being of our farmers, families, and communities. We’re doing something about it here in Pennsylvania.
Today we capped our 200th well here in Pennsylvania.   Abandoned wells are dangerous, leaking methane up to 86 times more potent than carbon dioxide.   That’s warming our planet and contributing to air pollution that damages our lungs and our hearts.   By capping these wells, we’re tackling a significant source of greenhouse gas emissions — and creating thousands of good-paying jobs in the process.

Grateful to @GovMLG for welcoming our Secretariat team to Santa Fe last week — & continuing to advance nation-leading climate solutions!
It was great to welcome members of the U.S. Climate Alliance to the Capitol last week. Their work to advance clean energy and climate solutions across the country makes a real difference — and New Mexico is proud to be part of it. Thank you for all you do. 🌱

New Mexico just earned the only "A" grade in the nation for making it easier to connect rooftop solar and home batteries to the power grid — and we're the only state to do so. A new national report scored all 50 states on how smoothly homeowners and businesses can plug clean energy into the grid. Most states scored a C or worse. New Mexico stood alone at the top, recognized for clear rules, transparency, and strong standards for solar and battery storage. More clean energy on the grid means more reliability, more options, and a stronger energy future for New Mexicans. 🌞⚡ Click the link to read the report. utilitydive.com/news/new-mex…

Community solar - one of the least expensive energy sources – is already helping Coloradans save money on energy bills and build out our clean energy resources that protect clean air and provide much-needed energy capacity as our economy and energy needs grow. The six new sites in the Lowry Community Solar Projects build on our investments at the state level to make it easier and more affordable for Coloradans to access solar energy production.

Less than a year after breaking ground, Foxborough's new @MBTA_CR station is now open. It means more capacity. Better accessibility. Faster, easier trips to games, concerts and everything in between. And it's just in time for @FWC26Boston.
