This is why moving over matters. This morning on southbound I-15 in Bountiful, one of our Incident Management Team members was assisting a stranded motorist when his vehicle was struck on the shoulder of the freeway. Thankfully, he is okay.

But this was the second UDOT vehicle hit in less than 24 hours. The night before, a vehicle supporting Express Lanes work in Utah County was also struck. When you see emergency vehicles, tow trucks, incident responders, maintenance crews, or law enforcement along the road:
